Online Registration Form
When you pre-register on the web, you have 30 days to pick up your library card at the branch location that you have specified on the form. Be prepared to show identification at the time you pick up your card. Your card will not be activated without proof of identity and residence. Your card will be ready for pickup within 24 hours of submitting the form (pickup within 24 hours is dependent on individual branch hours and their respective open days).

If you would like to receive notification of holds and overdues by e-mail instead of by phone, please indicate on the form.

Please note that e-mail notices contain information about items on hold. Anyone who has access to your e-mail account can view this information.
