This site, from Columbia University, offers loads of advice for teens and college students on topics great and small. Teens may ask Alice about relationships, nutrition and diet, drugs, sex, alcohol, stress and more.

Leave out Violence: Welcome to LOVE
This youth violence prevention organization works with at risk youth who have lived with violence in their lives. Through education and support it encourages kids to leave violence out of their lives and supports youth in becoming leaders and educators to reach out to other youth with a message of non-violence.

METRAC: Metro Action Committee on Public Violence against Women and Children
Fact sheets and pamphlets on sexual and physical assault and abuse, stalking, and dating violence. Check out METRAC’s workshops on violence prevention provided through the Young Women’s Anti-Violence Speakers’ Bureau.

NIDA: The Science Behind Drug Abuse
The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) created this site to educate adolescents ages 11-15 (as well as their parents and teachers) on the science behind drug abuse. They enlisted the help of teens in developing the site. Find the real facts on how different drugs like Ecstasy, Steroids, Marijuana, Opiates, Inhalants, Hallucinogens, Methamphetamine or Nicotine affect the brain and body.
