I just finished Wuthering Heights, after reading about it in Twilight. It is decidedly one of my favourite books. It's a very atypical love story, but somehow more realistic because the characters aren't beautiful, perfect people. They are absolutely flawed, and the story examines how their troubled longing for each other plays out in light of Catherine's selfish nature and Heathcliff's evil. It's also much more than just a love story. It examines our deepest natures and desires, exploring the human psyche. It is more amazing, given that the author lived her inexperienced, short life in the moors. A must read for anyone.
