27 Dresses
I watched 27 dresses last night, and I was surprized by how good it was. It’s the story of Jane, a woman who has been to 27 weddings, being a maid of honour or bridesmaid in each. Jane hasn’t had her moment to shine yet, she’s in love with her boss, who doesn’t seem to notice her that way.  Then Jane’s sister comes along, and before she knows it, Jane is planning her sister’s wedding with the man the Jane’s in love with! This ultimate romantic comedy is a must see for any girl teen. It’s fantastic!

Fly Me to the Moon
Fly me to the Moon is the 3-D adventure of three young flies ( Nat, IQ, and Scooter) who have dreams of being the first flies in space. Little do they know that when they hop on the Apollo 11 that they are not going to outer space but to the moon!

I found the storyline to be very cute and the movie was overall good but some things were disappointing. The animation was not the best, some things looked quite weird, the 3-D was disappointing as well. The characters of Nat, IQ and Scooter were extremely similar to Alvin, Simon and Theodore.-the Chipmunks.

Twilight
The anticipated Twilight movie was a huge success and made over 70 million dollars in the box office during its  opening weekend. The movie was based on the first book in the Twilight Saga, written by Stephenie Meyer.  Compared to the book, the movie was missing a few parts and also included some new and key scenes for those who have not yet read it. Like usual, the movie wasn’t better than the book, especially because of the character Jacob Black. In the book, Jacob is described as a young teenage boy, who appears older than he is due to his broad shoulders, height and long hair. During the Saga, Jacob cuts his hair and Bella explains that she liked him better with long hair. After seeing the movie, I think many viewers would probably disagree. Overall, the Twilight movie was pretty close to the book, but nothing as good!

The House Bunny
Shelly Darlington played by Anna Faris gets a letter telling her that she has to move out of the playboy mansion. She has basically lost everything she once had and now she has nowhere to go.

She ends up at UCLA getting a job as the house mother for Zeta alpha Zeta (the nerdiest) Sorority. The sorority is full geeky,  unpopular girls. But Zetas need to meet the new pledge count by getting new pledges or their house will be shut down. Shelly finds herself giving the girls makeovers and lessons to     elevate their status in other people’s opinions . In return the house works together to give Shelly an education to win over the heart of Oliver the boy she likes.

I thought this was a very funny movie and I would definitely recommend watching it.

One thing about the movie I didn’t like was the scenes back to the Mansion I think they were the weakest part of the movie.

Overall I thought it was a good movie especially if you don’t want   something to heavy and serious perfect for a girls night in!
